Born and raised in Golden, Kim has always had a deep connection to mountain living and the Kootenay lifestyle. Having learned to ski at RED Mountain Resort, she continues to enjoy everything the area has to offer, from golfing to staying active and enjoying the outdoors.
Kim has been happily married for 23 years and is a proud mom to one daughter. A devoted dog lover, she also enjoys spending time with her dachshund whenever she can.
Before transitioning into real estate, Kim successfully owned and operated a stucco company and later ran her own aesthetics business. Both ventures allowed her to build strong client relationships while balancing the importance of family life.
Kim also brings valuable experience from the presale real estate industry, where she worked closely with buyers throughout the purchasing process, including homeowner walkthroughs and key handovers. Her hands-on experience has given her a strong understanding of new construction and the importance of delivering a seamless client experience.
