Hi, I’m Jerika Perepolkin!
Born and raised in the beautiful Kootenay Region, I have a genuine passion
for real estate and take pride in helping people bring their visions to life.
From an early age, I was immersed in the world of home building and real
estate alongside my father, a renowned residential builder. This experience
gave me a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and a keen eye for
detail. More importantly, it taught me that a home is more than just a place,
it’s where memories are made, families grow, and dreams take shape. That is
why I’m committed to helping my clients find the perfect place to call home,
one that feels just right.
Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working with Century 21
Kootenay Homes as a front-end sales administrator. This role has given me
invaluable, hands-on experience in every step of the real estate process
allowing me to understand exactly what it takes to ensure each transaction is
