𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐎𝐑® 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠?

𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐎𝐑® 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠?

The answer is YES! We did a poll last week and 21% of you did not know that.

Here’s the deal.

You’re browsing real estate listings either online or you spot a house on the street you’d love to see in person.

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠?

After all, most real estate listings mention a listing agent, along with an invitation to contact the agent if you’re interested in the property.

If you’re already working with an agent, if an agent has already showed you homes and you’ve both invested time with each other – your first move should be to contact this pro—after all, she/he is representing you.

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧?

Go ahead, contact the person on the sign. They can’t sell you their listing but they can show it without any paperwork involved! And they will probably refer you to another realtor in their office.

𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭?

⁣⁣⁣As a buyer, the option to be represented by an agent is yours. However, if you are actively looking for a home, consider getting a buyer’s agent. The listing agent represents the best interest of the seller and the buyers agent represents the best interests of the buyer.

𝗪𝐡𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭?

They will help you sort through a high level of inventory.

They will help you determine an offer strategy.

They are a local expert. They will help you navigate through comparable properties & location pros & cons in the area.

They will negotiate for you! Negotiation is a skill your agent will have perfected and is one that will help you get the best deal, and possibly beat out other potential buyers in a multiple offer situation.

They are representing ONLY your best interests!

It’s FREE!

𝗪𝐡𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟏 𝐊𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐎𝐑®?

⁣⁣⁣We will ensure you are taken care of during this huge step of your life – buying a home. When you hire C21 – you don’t just get one REALTOR® – you get the whole team.

Canadian Prices Per Square Foot

It’s interesting to see the prices per square foot here in Canada! From $116 in Saint Johns, NL to sky rocket prices in Vancouver at $1192/SQ.FT!

Gingerbread Charity Giveaway

Over the last weekend Ferraro Foods hosted the Stuff The Bus campaign partnering with BC Transit. They literally had a Trail city bus parked outside of Ferraro’s and you could bring down toys, food, and donate cash to “stuff the bus”. All the proceeds went to The Salvation Army.

Local Country artist, Lisa Nicole and her mom, Shannon Kienas, built a Gingerbread VILLAGE, not a house, a village! And we were happy to sponsor this portion of the event as the Gingerbread Giveaway. 1st prize won the Gingerbread Village and $200 to Ferraro Foods, while 2nd prize won a smaller Gingerbread house and $100 to Ferraro Foods.

What a wonderful community we live in, making the holidays a little brighter for others. Happy Holidays everyone!
