Meet Gerry LeRose

Born and raised in Trail, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for this community, its people, and the strong sense of connection that makes Trail such a special place to call home.

This year marks my 38th year in real estate — a career that began right here in Trail with Century 21 and has since taken me across Canada and the U.S., including time in Vancouver, Edmonton, Kelowna, and nine years in the United States. These experiences have given me a broad and well-rounded perspective on the ever-evolving real estate industry.

Throughout my career, my focus has remained the same: to guide clients through the real estate process with honesty, integrity, and informed advice. Building trust and delivering exceptional service are values I’ve built my reputation on — and ones I continue to uphold with every client I work with.
