Here you will also find 2 ice rinks, the curling rink, a gymnasium and racquetball and squash courts. Built in 1996, the Trail Aquatic Centre is the largest aquatic centre and multi-sport facility between Kelowna and Cranbrook. Every May, the town celebrates Silver City Days, a midway and outdoor food fair. The weekend is jam packed full of activities from fireworks to carnival rides to a parade. Spanning 1,000 feet from landing to landing, the Columbia River Skywalk was opened in 2016 and provides a crossing from downtown Trail to East Trail.
