The City of Rossland is a beautiful mountain town nestled high in the Monashee Mountains. The city is of the Canada’s highest in elevation and as such has a reputation for world class skiing. The Rossland Light Opera Players assembled in 1951, and is believed to be the oldest amateur musical theatre group in the Kootenays, presenting a major musical annually.
